I've been looking for information on swimming clubs for my daughter and was really pleased to see how well so many pupils and ex pupils are doing at Hasligden ASC. This is the most useful and positive website for swimming clubs I have found during my browsing tonight. Well done Haslingden! Great to see the safety aspects highlighted too.

I was wandering about on the internet and what do I find but Haslingden Swimming Club there, it's a lot of years since i was last there, still training on Mon and Thu? Spent a very large part of my life as a part of the club, with very fond memories, working on the pool side ,teaching etc. How awesome that its still happening there. Keep up the good work and enjoy your celebrations this year. Regards Julie

Keep up the good work Iain. (Regarding the beginner swimmer, I've looked at the map and from deep end to shallow would be north to south, so they've no need to worry because that,s downhill! Isn't it?
