Child Protection
The NSPCC (national society for the prevention of cruelty to children) believes that children have the right to protection from all forms abuse.
Keeping children safe in sport.
A programme now exists which has now been adopted for sports organisations from the initial 'Keeping Children Safe' programme.
The A.S.A. (Amateur Swimming Association) is promoting this to help you gain the confidence to act on concerns about children and play your part in preventing abuse.
The A.S.A. will support anyone who, in good faith, reports his or her concerns that a child is at risk, or may actually be, being abused.
